Pontos positivos: Excelente localização, apartamento super espaçoso, com uma excelente varanda vista mar, e com todos itens de maior necessidade na cozinha. Super recomendo!

Pontos positivos: Localização era boa. O senhor Arlindo uma pessoa muito simpática e cooperativa.

Pontos negativos: O estado do apartamento deixou a desejar. Armários com portas quebradas, as sanitas que entupiram, an internet muito fraca. A conexão que ia e voltava deixando nos sem comunicação. Também o material de cozinha muito velho. Tivemos que comprar panelas.

Pontos negativos: Os apartamentos estão sendo reformados, porém nem todos ainda estão. Acredito que depois da reforma passará de bom a excelente.

Perfect spot

Pontos positivos: location is perfect, right over the beach and on the far end of Cumbuco on the quite area, but still very close to the center of the village, walking distance.

Pontos negativos: waht i didn't like was quickly resolved on my arrival, the bungalow on the side of mine was under renovations but they moved me immediatly to one far from the works.

Fantastic location, apartment needs more care

Pontos positivos: Location is absolutely gorgeous, 12 buildings sitting around a beautiful and well kept garden with a very nice pool with outdoor showers- only few steps lead you to the beach, perfect for kitesurfing, Kando Praia is a really nice beach bar next door with excellent food & drinks. Apartment is very spacious and each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. We absolutely loved the hammocks on the terrace to hand out in in the morning sun. Easy walking to town, on the street or on the beach. He arrived late at night, and the security guy let us in, so that went smoothly.

Pontos negativos: Every apartment in this condo complex seems to be individually owned (2 per building, ground & top floor), so you will probably not know which one you’re getting before? While the the layout inside is mostly identical they may be very differently equipped - while our apartment I- 101 (ground floor) was clean for the most part the condition of the kitchen was unacceptable. Broken cupboards with a wild mix of some leftover glasses and plates (2 coffee mugs & 4 glasses in total plus some tea cups), shatteredmk cookware, hardly any utensils and those present really wore down. Electric appliances were working but if you’re staying with a big family or group home cooking would not be a pleasure or not even possible. Also even the most basic necessities missing, like dish soap and sponge and a minimum of cleaning equipment or extra toilet paper - all in all not a lot of love visible! The beautiful apartment definitely deserves a makeover with a little bit more eye more detail. There is basically no staff on grounds besides the security guy. Our locks didn’t work due to saltwater damage, so we spent two nights &days without being able to lock them until they were partially fixed - luckily Cumbuco and the condominium complex is so peaceful that wasn’t a problem.
