Really great property, excellent breakfast and staff, but....

Pontos positivos: The breakfast was really great and different everyday. All the staff were very helpful. The bedding and mattress was high quality. The cleaner was really good. It is very close to the beach. It is a traditional style building with a natural reed roof and wooden shutters. There is a big balcony with two hammocks. The internet is good, no problem for meetings as long as you are near the router, which is outside.

Pontos negativos: It is noisy, don't expect a lie in after 7.30am. The apartment is located on the corner of a fairly busy road, so vehicles accelerate out of the corner, it is also opposite a vehicle path to the beach, buggies accelerate to get over the sand. On Saturday night there is a bar nearby with very loud music starting at 2am until 5am! We stayed for two Saturday's so it was not a one off. All properties in the area would be effected by the music, not just this one. At the rear of the property is an open plan chalet and next door a restaurant, again both noisy if people are outside. This would be a 10 scoring property if located somewhere different

Amazing breakfast and great place (bonus if you rent a car)

Pontos positivos: Very late check in was perfect . The place is great if your kite and if you have a car to park We enjoyed the super breakfast (great cook) and slept very good Communication on WhatsApp is perfect . We prefer the beach of Moitas than the one on next block but still it is beautiful to have a walk in the morning on the one nearby (50 meters walk)

Hospedagem confortável e tranquila

Pontos positivos: Acomodação excelente, café da manhã perfeito, com uma funcionária fazendo tudo fresquinho na hora (tapioca, ovo, cuscuz, suco). O lugar é lindo, decoração maravilhosa, super espaçoso. Alugamos junto com uns amigos que ficaram na casa de baixo então não comprometeu nossa privacidade.

Pontos positivos: Conforto, limpeza, simpatia, café da manhã e localização.

Pontos negativos: Nada.

Excelente suíte, a poucos passos da praia

Pontos positivos: Tudo ótimo. Limpeza impecável, conforto, localização excelente.

Pontos negativos: Café da manhã é gostoso, feito na hora, porém tem poucas opções.

Pontos positivos: Quarto grande e muito limpo! Funcionários cordiais aos pedidos feitos! Recomendo a pousada para quem precisa descansar!

Pontos positivos: Es war alles unkompliziert und sehr professionell. Ich war eine halbe Stunde vor der angekündigten Zeit vor Ort und es ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten jemand vorbei gekommen, der mir den Schlüssel überreich hat. Alles Top, würde immer wieder hin gehen.

Pontos negativos: Sehr sauber, professionell und sehr nah am Strand gelegen, bestens geeignet für Wassersportler.

Maravilhosa!

Pontos positivos: Indicadíssimooooo!!! Vá sem medo. Suíte privativa maravilhosa, enooorme, completa, linda, localização excelente se você estiver de carro, e mesmo sem carro é tranquila, consegue chegar à praia principal/centrinho a pé facilmente. Funcionários maravilhosos e atenciosos, café da manhã 1000/10... personalizado, farto e com qualidade!

Pontos negativos: Simplesmente nada a reclamar! Mas penso q se tivesse uma churrasqueira pequenininha seria uma opção a mais pra oferecer já que a parte externa é linda, confortável e grande.
