Pontos positivos: O hotel é belíssimo, estrutura nova e com limpeza impecável. Cama grande e confortável. Excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários, com destaque para o senhor Alaísio e Vitória, do restaurante no jantar, o gerente Wagner e o garçom Igor do bar da piscina, e a compreensão do late check-out da recepcionista Cedile. A piscina muito boa e convidativa e o conforto de ter o Bar Mira logo ao lado do hotel, um ambiente agradável e bem frequentado. Café da manhã muito bom e completo, serviram, inclusive, champanhe.

Pontos negativos: Fica bastante afastado do centrinho, mas o hotel oferece tudo qué necessário para ficar apenas lá. O bar da piscina fecha às 18h e o restaurante abre às 19h para o jantar, intervalo que pode ser inconveniente. No entanto, é importante dizer que chegamos ao restaurante antes do horário de abertura e fomos prontamente atendidos

Pontos positivos: The structure in general is very nice and comfortable. And the staff are always willing to help and support.

Pontos negativos: The restaurants do not have the same level of the hotel. One never knows if the food will be good or not. We had luck a couple of times but ended up going to Mira (restaurant next to the resort) some times as well.

Pontos positivos: A perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location is excellent—close to everything but very quiet at night. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a really nice stay but I think this resort can be a lot nicer.

Pontos positivos: It's all brand new and the location next to Cauipe lagoon is really nice. The beach bar next to this lagoon is a good idea and executed nicely. The spa facilities look very good. For the kids area more sun cover would be a smart idea. The bed was really nice.

Pontos negativos: I think the architect of this resort should be fired. The outside of the buildings is cold they used wrong materials. Normally its white plaster with wood that makes a warm feeling in this region also when you look at inside furniture. Here they used glass and stone a lot. The terras of the apartments are without sun cover and wind cover. A wooden cover would be nicer and maybe a hammock instead of ugly plastic beds. The reception area is also really cold.

Pontos positivos: Estrututa do hotel e programação infantil excelentes.

Pontos negativos: serviços deixam muito a desejar. Atendimento na piscina, cafe da manha e jantar, por exemplo.

Pontos positivos: Quartos muito bons, mas a praia é péssima. Não é um hotel pra crianças, não tem nada pra fazerem...

Pontos positivos: Do tamanho do quarto. Do ambiente e da hospitalidade.

Pontos negativos: Os funcionários são educados, mas precisam de melhor treinamento. O cardápio do almoço precisa de mais variedades.
